Inspiration & Journey
Sounds, melodies and musical encounters have been a part of my life ever since I was a child. My journey combines traditional roots, curious exploration and the power of moving music.
My musical journey
Music has always been a central part of my life. In our family, we loved making music and did so often.
After completing my classical violin studies, I performed as an orchestral musician with various orchestras and chamber music ensembles, playing music from different genres. For 30 years, I performed with my Celtic/Scandinavian folk band, the Bow Triplets. As well as touring across Europe, we also recorded several CDs.
Likewise, my long-standing work as an instrumental teacher is a central and inspiring part of my life as a musician.
I first encountered the therapeutic effects of sound during my training in tuning fork therapy with Peter Goldman. Since then, this subject has continued to fascinate me and has sent me on my very own personal journey of discovery.
Sound as a path inward
All these areas have led me ever closer to the magic of quiet sounds. This is where all my musical paths come together.
Whilst exploring new soundscapes, I have, over the last few years, created my own compositions in which I combine the instruments commonly found in meditation music – such as singing bowls, monochords, sansula and gongs – with my ‘classical’ instruments to create new forms of sound.

In collaboration with Jin Shin Jyutsu therapist Karin Weick, we have produced a series of Ström-CDs dedicated to various aspects of the art of self-healing.

Klangström-Concerts
Together in sound
At our live Klangström-concerts, my brother Joe Eisenburger accompanies us with his delicate sounds on double bass, piano, guitar and vocals.
We also perform as a duo, presenting a programme in which we play our own music alongside traditional pieces from Scandinavia and the Celtic musical tradition.
Looking back on my musical journey, I realise that my music has ultimately been a journey of self-discovery and continues to be so every single day. At its best, it leads me to the very essence of my own heart.
And this is also the gift it offers my audience: it provides a guide on a journey into the infinitely wide world of one’s own heart.
